Melerade is a mix of Swedish and Gotland sheep breeds. The name Melerade comes from the Swedish language and means spotted. These skins are characterized by different shades of color than the outer color of the fleece, the bristles are shiny and slightly curly, and they are very soft to the touch. It is suitable for both modern and classic rooms.
Dutch sheepskins are imported from the best region of the Netherlands, ie the island of Texel. Skins from that island are characterized by beautiful, thick and shiny hair.
